The Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and Management course concentrates on the activities, processes and techniques associated with key functions within business organisations.
The course introduces learners to the management of the human resources of organisations and also explains the key influences on consumer and organisation behaviour which will form the basis for the development of marketing and promotional campaigns.
